His smile is warm and comforting, and he is tall enough to make you feel safe near him (5'10") but not too big as to seem threatening. Kennedy simply radiates gentility. PB: Anderson Cooper Personality: Kennedy was born to help others. He thrives on it, whether on a small scale or a large one. Being part angel, he takes everything with a good grace, opting to see the glass as half full instead of half empty. Background: Kennedy is a small town boy with big town aspirations. He was a decorated boy scout and well known throughout his small town as someone always willing to lend a helping hand. After graduating from college from the University of Nebraska with a degree in sociology, Ken decided that he needed to do good on a larger scale. His parents (both angelspawn) told him about their work with the Peace Corps, and Ken decided that's exactly what he needed to do. He spent most of his time in South America, specifically Columbia, teaching young students English and sometimes math. It was there that he met his girlfriend, Rachel, and also where he met his best friend. While heading home between assignments, Ken found himself in the middle Barranquilla's Carnaval, where he saw a fascinating young girl dancing on the street. He watched her awhile, intrigued by both her obvious passion for the dance, but also by something he couldn't quite put his finger on. It was later, when he approached her to speak with her once her set was finished, that Kennedy found out that Lupe was a succubus. After talking for a long time, Kennedy learned a lot about Lupe. She wanted to move to America to break into the music and dance scene in California, and she wanted Kennedy to bring her back home with him. He wanted to help her, and from what he'd seen she had talent, but she was far too young to come to America and Ken wasn't even sure that Lupe realized how difficult it would be for her to start a new life in a new country. He wanted to help her, but he couldn't see how it was possible. So he decided to keep in touch with Lupe through letters and visits, and every year when he came back to see her, she would ask him to bring her to America. And every year he would tell her no, and would think of some brilliant reason that she should remain in Columbia. After five years of this, when Lupe was 21 and her age could no longer be an excuse, and she turned a deaf ear to any of Kennedy's protests and reasons, he finally gave in. By now he and Rachel had been together for over a year, and while Rachel was certainly less than pleased about her boyfriend's arangement with a girl half his age (whom she thought was a total slutty, devious bitch), she agreed to allow it on the condition that Kennedy leave the Peace Corps and settle down somewhere so that when the sham marriage was over, the two of them could settle down and start a family. Ken agreed, and the three of them started to settle out in California (which Ken didn't much like because people seemed too false but it helped Lupe's career). But when Lupe's career took a dive, Kennedy decided to find her something more practical to fall back on while avoiding telling her 'I told you so'. He had been looking into teaching again, and when he came across TJS in Danvers, he saw that Lupe could work there as well and that teaching would be a very stable job for her to stick to if her music career failed. Abilities: Has the ability to calm and heal others, is very graceful. He is also fluent in Spanish.
